We source our clothing items from trusted suppliers. When you place an order, we send it directly to our supplier, who then ships it to you. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products without holding inventory.
3. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (additional charges apply).
After processing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
5. How much does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150.
- For orders under $150, a flat fee of $5 applies.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with costs based on your location and the order size.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns for unworn and unused items within 15 days of delivery. Please note, that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order. Visit our Return and Refund Policy page for more details.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us at support@coxcostume.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier’s website.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
